TROPICAL SMOOTHIE RECIPE
Blend a mix of cut mango, cooked carrots, pear or apple, pineapple, a banana and fresh peach if any. For making the blend smooth you could pick from any of these liquids like pineapple juice, water, non-dairy milk, yogurt or coconut water to name a few.
No sweeteners need to be added as the fruits are incredibly sweet on their own. Make sure your ingredients are fresh. This makes for one big glass or two medium glasses of this delicious tropical fruit and veggie based smoothie. Drink chilled.
