Contours is an excellent place for workout. The weight based machines are very effective in toning your muscles and making them more powerful than before. 10 mins to 15 mins of cardio workout is a must for all for the well being of the heart. Aerobics adds fun in between the machines along with improving the blood circulation in the body. Body sculpting and flab firming exercises are the most sort after for all ladies. The complimentary zumba and yoga classes are added feather on the Contours hat. All in all its a fun place for a wholesome workout. I love being here every day.
