Strengthening my core muscles

Been a member of Contours HSR Layout branch for 6 months now. Not only have I experienced weight loss, but more importantly, there has been an improvement my fitness level and have been generally been feeling positive about myself. I am extremely happy with the exercise routine that is mapped out here. But part being that they keep refreshing and renewing it periodically. Since I am enrolled in the Fat Loss program at Contours, they make me do “Cardio Core” twice a week, that not only helps in strengthening my core muscles but also improves my overall flexibility – even this routine has various levels that one performs after specific number of months. The jest of the matter is – It is never boring at Contours, or I would say “ There is no dull moment here”.

One of the most important aspects of this gym is the friendly staff – starting from Dimple, the owner and in-charge of this branch, is extremely warm and friendly, always greeting old and new members with a smile. The trainers are a class apart, especially my favorite Shamraz. She is so professional in her approach. One of the best things about her is that she pushes you to give your best every day. Very easy to talk to and so punctual – have never seen somebody so focused and sincere. Not to forget the cleanliness of the gym. Thanks to Ashwini who ensures floor mats are always clean and sanitized, ACs are on and the general cleanliness is maintained.
