20 minute circuit training

I am Shobha, 42 yrs and I am a member of contours R.T.Nagar branch since 2009. Contours is home away from home for me. I have lost 2 to 3 kgs initially. My body is toned and I am maintaining it. It’s women’s gym, so that I feel free and exercise here. Trainers are very cooperative. Best part of Contours is 20 MINUTE CIRCUIT TRAINING, which makes every women to sweat and I believe it’s very good training, especially for women.
HEALTH TIP: Eat your dinner before 7 P.M. It’s my experience and it makes lot of difference in loosing weight.
